On Tuesday the Indianapolis Airport published a public notice regarding its proposed 2012 budget.
The have two funds with a total budget estimated at $269,648,000. The notice indicates that the airport will not raise property taxes for any of that budget.
Please see my blog entry "Airport to Receive Property Taxes - Make No Mistake About It" for more information on the topic of how the airport plans to, in fact, receive property taxes by retaining property that should be sold, simply by calling it a 'lease payment'.
