The MSD Washington Township public notice regarding its upcoming budget hearing is in today's Indy Star. With an estimated total budget of $120,967,939, they expect a maximum property tax levy of $61,019,760, up from $28,439,655 this year.
They will hold a public hearing on the budget at 7:00 pm, August 25, at the H. Dean Evans Comm. Center, 8550 Woodfield Crossing Blvd. They expect the school board to vote on the budget on September 7.
The notice also includes a capital projects plan and a bus replacement plan.
