Today's Mooresville-Decatur Times has a profile of Natalie Coffey and Bobby Hire, challengers to incumbent Decatur School Board members.
I would provide a link to their website, but it is subscription only. Copies of the paper are available at the various convenience stores in Decatur and the Library has a copy available for the public to read there.

So can only two of the three candidates be thrown out this time? When can Huffman be thrown out. Greenwald was just elected; he has 3 more years. Anyone know when Huffman can get tossed?
Huffman and Greenwald's seats are both up for election in 2012.
Going to be VERY important for people to vote for just Natalie and Bobbi. Voting for 3 candidates, in effect, lessens the vote for Natalie and Bobbi - it is a "numbers" thing. They will get people to vote for just one or two candidate so this will be important to remember. They know that Wiseman is in so they don't need to vote for her.
Each Member on the School Board is elected by the People to represent and serve them ,however, they have done quite the opposite. The School Board has develop a policy with the Superintendent known as "You scratch my back and I'll scratch yours.". They have used their positions as members in illegal business matters and influences which have resulted in conflict of interest. Board Members have failed by wasting millions of tax dollars on Stinson's Unrealistic ideas and unnecessary building projects. The ones paying the price are the Teachers and Students in our schools.
Keep watching RTV6 a big story is about to hit the airwaves regarding MSD of Decatur. They cought wind somehow?? on how the Stinson and the rest of the crooks at central office are taking $20,000 for insurance and buying a lower package and keeping the rest to bump up their retirement fund.
Anyone can e-mail information/concerns/issues to:

I was at a board meeting when Mr. Hire came in. He actually asked, "What is this building for, I've never been in here?"
REALLY - Come on now.
I'm all for change. However, change in the form of a person who did not even know what building he was in and has, by his own comments, never been to a board meeting - ever. If we are going to vote for someone different, at least get someone who actually has a clue. If he gets voted in it won't take long for him to become a rubber stamper. This will happen because he just won't know any better.
mmmmm wrtv. perhaps we can get rafael sanchez to take time out of his busy investigation schedule to focus on decatur. umm no..the public cares to much more on what restaurants make the grade.
